Stephanie M. Banks is a highly skilled and passionate civil litigation attorney at McGonigle Law, where she has played a vital role since joining the firm in January 2020. Before embarking on her legal career, Stephanie earned her undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Communications from Arizona State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with honors. While in law school, she was awarded the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Contracts and Torts for achieving the highest grades in her class. Her academic success reflects her deep intellectual engagement with the law and her capacity for complex legal analysis.

Stephanie is licensed to practice law in both California and Arizona and is an active member of both state bars.
